Scheduled Maintenance Window for our US/Canada region beginning Friday, August 2, 2024, at 11:00 PM EDT until Saturday, August 3, 2024, 12:00 AM EDT.
During this SMW, we will be performing routine maintenance on the Identity Service database, optimizing for improved performance and stability. During the SMW, customers will experience periods when access to the Admin Console and features that require authentication services will not be available. This includes admin level printer and driver deployments, self-service printer installations and advanced features, such as Off-Network and Secure Release printing that require an internet connection. The Service will be unavailable during this SMW and you will see a status of “Under Maintenance” on status.printercloud.com.
