Why the migration is needed:
This work is a prerequisite for many of our upcoming product launches, such as ScanTo Cloud. This is also an architectural improvement which ensures Vasion maintains its identity and access management (IAM) services in accordance with industry best practices, security, and compliance.

What this migration does:
This migration prepares customer data for compatibility with newly-introduced IAM services.

What can be expected during the migration:
Most customers will have their data migrated in under 15 seconds. Ideally, customers will experience no impact and business operations will occur as normal.

When the migrations will occur:
Monday, Aug 14, 2023, from 9:00 PM - 2:00 AM MDT
Wednesday, Aug 16, 2023, from 12:00 PM MDT until completion. Expected completion is Friday, Aug 18, 2023 at 5:00 PM

What do customers need to do for the migration?
Customers do not need to do anything for this migration.
