Vasion maintains a status of consistent reliable up time with an industry-leading service infrastructure and regularly scheduled maintenance during periods of low customer usage, usually weekend evenings. During Scheduled Maintenance Windows (SMWs), platform engineers perform upgrades and make other changes to ensure the Service (PrinterLogic SaaS) is ready to support customer requirements. Whenever possible, Vasion announces SMWs one to two weeks in advance of the event.
Vasion is announcing a Scheduled Maintenance Window for the following regions:
US/Canada region: Scheduled Maintenance Window for our US/Canada regions beginning Sunday, October 27, 2024, at 03:00 UTC until Sunday, October 27, 2024, 10:00 UTC.
During this SMW, we will be applying updates and optimizing our database for improved performance and stability. The Service will be unavailable during this SMW and you will see a status of “Under Maintenance” on status.printercloud.com. Those who have subscribed to updates will be notified upon commencement and completion of the SMW. To subscribe to SMW updates, visit status.printercloud.com and select “Subscribe to Updates”.
