Vasion is announcing an urgent Maintenance Window for the following region: US region
Scheduled Maintenance Window for our US region will begin Friday, August 23, 2024, at 10:00 PM MDT until Friday, August 23, 2024, 11:00 PM MDT.
During this Maintenance Window, we will be performing maintenance on the Identity Service database, optimizing for improved performance and stability. During the SMW, customers will experience periods when access to the Admin Console and features that require authentication services will not be available. This includes admin level printer and driver deployments, self-service printer installations and advanced features, such as Off-Network and Secure Release printing that require an internet connection. The Service will be unavailable during this SMW and you will see a status of “Under Maintenance” on status.printercloud.com. Those who have subscribed to updates will be notified upon commencement and completion of the SMW. To subscribe to SMW updates, visit status.printercloud.com and select Subscribe to Updates.
